ZERTH PAY Compliance Policies

Our commitment to transparency, user protection, and regulatory compliance.

Risk Disclosure Policy

At ZERTH PAY, we believe in transparency and want our users to make informed decisions when using our financial services.

1. Financial Risk

ZERTH PAY provides access to digital payment and financial services. As with all financial activities, there are inherent risks, including but not limited to service disruptions, fund delays, transaction reversals, or unauthorized activity.

2. Technology Risk

We operate on digital infrastructure. Users may experience temporary service unavailability due to system maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or cybersecurity threats.

3. Regulatory Risk

Changes in government policies, CBN directives, or applicable laws may impact the availability or terms of certain services.

4. Fraud Risk

While ZERTH PAY implements robust anti-fraud measures, users are advised to protect their personal information and avoid suspicious links or requests.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for understanding how the platform works, reading all terms, and protecting their account credentials. ZERTH PAY is not liable for losses due to negligence or third-party compromise.

  • Prevent fraud and abuse

2. Retention Duration
