Once a transaction is completed through the ZERTH PAY platform, it is considered final. However, under certain circumstances, users may request a refund or cancellation in accordance with the provisions outlined below.
To request a refund, users must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction with the following details:
All requests will be reviewed, and valid claims will be processed within 5-10 working days, subject to third-party provider policies.
If a transaction fails due to technical issues or downtime, and the user’s account was debited, ZERTH PAY will automatically initiate a reversal or refund within 24-72 hours.
If a user disagrees with a refund decision, they may escalate the matter by contacting support@zerthpay.com. Further disputes will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian consumer protection and financial laws.
ZERTH PAY reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or website, and continued use of our platform implies acceptance.
