To Provide and Manage the Service: To create and manage your Account, process your bill payments and other transactions, and provide customer support.

For Regulatory Compliance: To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks required by Nigerian financial regulators.

To Improve Our Service: To analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the functionality and user experience of ZERTH Pay.

For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect your Account and the Service from fraudulent and unauthorized activities.

To Communicate with You: To send you transaction confirmations, service updates, security alerts, and promotional information (with your consent).

We will only process your Personal Data when we have a legal basis to do so, as stipulated by the NDPA. Our legal bases include:

Six (6) years after the last transaction in a contractual agreement.
